Hey I'm on a break from doing my paper! This is way more interesting to write about!

I have to nitpick and point out that a Shrewsbury cake is like a sugar cookie and not commonly eaten with apple butter! Now, JOHNNY cakes are a small, flat, cornmeal cake that CAN be eaten with apple butter. Is that what you meant? I'm a New Englander-Johnny cakes are one of our specialities!

For Kirsten I would invite her over for breakfast and serve rice pudding or Swedish pancakes with berry jam. YUM!
